The NetComtracer™ Building Maintenance (BM) module is a web-based Enterprise Building/Asset Maintenance tool that provides an entire array of advanced functionalities that fully covers the needs for managing maintenance operations. This module targets to companies that have extensive building maintenance activities, such as constructors, banks, and telecommunication operators. The NetComtracer™ Building Maintenance system manages corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, performed by a contractor, concerning buildings (i.e. bank offices, hotel premises, Telco points of sales). It includes an efficient trouble ticketing implementation for the provisioning and handling of information regarding a company’s corrective maintenance procedures and tasks. Additionally, it includes mechanisms for the provisioning and handling of information regarding a company’s preventive maintenance procedures including Task Scheduling, Schedule Approval, Contractor’s Reporting, and Schedule tracking.
