The Service/Product Management System (SPMS) handles hierarchically structured information regarding a company’s products and provides end-users with a unified working environment, aiming them to manage the relevant activities in a flexible and efficient way.
The objective of the system is to comprise a Product Catalogue system to maintain information about all company’s products & services. The application is flexible enough to be updated by business users, be used by technical staff who implements products in the company’s IT systems, by used by the Customer Care personnel and be expanded to interface with various business support systems in the future. The strategic objectives of this initiative could be classified in two categories, Business Objectives and Technology Objectives.

Deploy a Product Catalogue System acting as a single point of reference to allow reconciliation with respective products & services stored in business support systems (i.e. Billing, Provisioning, CRM)
